Welcome to your Assertiveness Workshop
“My Day of Personal Growth and Transformation”
simply shortened to ‘My Day'
Be prepared for one day of intensive and enjoyable
personal self-improvement in learning to be assertive

About your Hosts

Madeline is a Psychotherapist and Counsellor, Mindfulness Teacher

and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and a Member of The Mindfulness Teachers Register

Antony is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Life Coach and a Hypnotherapist, Grief, and Bereavement Counsellor and a Member of the Association of Neuro Linguistic Practitioners and a Member of The Association for Integrative Psychology

During the day we will be clearing the past and creating our future
We will work on:
Self Awareness and how to Set Boundaries
The Drama Triangle and how we can easily break free from it 
Understanding difficult people, difficult situations, and our responses to them
Assertive communication with skill sets and non assertive communication 
The ring of Confidence. Anchoring our day and Confidence Hypnosis

We will be exploring Hypnotic magical exercises that we all have stored in our subconscious to enable and boost our own confidence

 

On “My Day” we will be immersing ourselves with energy that will bring forth our natural empowerment, confidence, and assertiveness attributes

We will be concluding with a memorable Gift for you all, a place for you to remember everything that you have learned and still need to continue practising forever

Self-service 2 course lunch will be provided together with hot and cold drinks during the day, please advise us before if you have any dietary requirements.

There will only be 12 places per workshop but more events will be added during the year
